Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer and user shall have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to state the reason and without incurring any costs, except for those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, for our products returns are not accepted, except where the packaging is found to be broken or damaged during transport at the time of delivery. In such cases, the goods will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. To do so, please contact our Customer Service.
1. WARRANTY
Consumable products are excluded from warranty coverage.
Our products are marketed with an 18-month shelf life and are correctly classified as Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
ESCORNALBOU GOURMET seeks to guarantee the availability of all the products advertised on www.escornalbougourmet.com. All the products offered are in stock. However, if any product ordered is not available or has sold out, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
